On this particular morning the color in the sky lasted only a few moments before he sun was swallowed up by clouds. I found this fishing boat in Keystone Harbor on Central Whidbey Island. You'll see that the boat ramp on the opposite side already has a lineup of fishermen waiting their turn to launch for a day on the water.
The Ferry Kennewick is ready to load cars and trucks for the morning's first trip across Admiralty Inlet, connecting Keystone on Whidbey Island to Port Townsend on the Olympic Peninsula.
